Crystal Bears Delivery Policy

Please allow 14 days for delivery of your order. If for any reason we are out of stock, your order will be placed on backorder and invoiced later. You will not be charged for delivery on backordered garments. The purchase of goods is subject to availability.

The delivery cost is $10.00 per order within Australia.

Crystal Bears Returns Policy

We know that you will fall in love with your Crystal Bears gear, but if for any reason you find a problem with your garment please contact us and we will happily replace or refund the product. Returns and exchanges of current season online purchases can be made via mail within 28 days of receipt of goods. Online purchases of sale items can be exchanged but cannot be refunded.
